It is the missing manual by Nancy Conner a beautiful presented and well illustrated guide to Google Apps. I was very pleasantly surprised by the breadth and depth of content of the book. Rating: 5 / 5

This is a good summary of a number of useful free Web-based applications using Google. It is especially useful to alert a non-obvious features of the applications. Google Apps is an exciting development, not only because it is an open, common computing tasks, but because they allow a high degree of collaborative working.
