This is a good summary of a number of useful free Web-based applications using Google. It is especially useful to alert a non-obvious features of the applications. Google Apps is an exciting development, not only because it is an open, common computing tasks, but because they allow a high degree of collaborative working. They are also comfortable for those of us that value (for simplicity in the calculation, I like the term “hyperlink Carnival used” on page 411, to describe the typical dot-com home page, Google faces simplicity). A book on Google Apps envelope is cumbersome because it is not a unique problem and should be addressed to several audiences. Overall, this book assumes the reader already familiar with the type of application discussed, and only needs to learn how to use the Google version. In particular, the presentation focuses on the individual functions and does not say much about workflow. If you have a Google applications is the book for you. I liked it so much I’m going to get another and give as gifts. While Google applications to change forever in this book gives 90% of what you need, and also includes information that I did not know. It’s worth the price and is the only book that says it all. For example, I noticed that when you register a domain name with Google, which can be switched to GoDaddy. com is actually registering domain names for them. Of course, Google Apps are not packaged in plastic wrappings, but it lacks a title different from David Pogue Manual. It is a title that only has to get the maximum use of new online Google Apps. Of course, if you do not find them yet – you need the Titel.Aber if you know you do not need to Microsoft hundreds of dollars for something freely online, you will be happy to pay when you check out to get this title. It is the missing manual by Nancy Conner a beautiful presented and well illustrated guide to Google Apps. I was very pleasantly surprised by the breadth and depth of content of the book. Rating: 5 / 5
