I had a Dell Axim that sell on eBay for 4700 also. The Axim was well done and makes it easy to work. 4700 was too cumbersome to use too often. The Wi-Fi software Moody, do not always have the PDF files are not displayed (without converters, such as the Axim), the battery will discharge itself back up in a few days with the device and memory of some applications. We have had many problems with this product and HP. We’re fine with it, but in your case, if you happen to drop it on the carpet was ruined. Take another 1-2 months to recover directly from HP, and give credence to it. We stayed 30 days and the officer on duty that would not work for us.
