We have had many problems with this product and HP. We’re fine with it, but in your case, if you happen to drop it on the carpet was ruined. Take another 1-2 months to recover directly from HP, and give credence to it. We stayed 30 days and the officer on duty that would not work for us. We’re back 2 months later with the same difficulties, and never buy a new HP – our advice and find something they are not toys and other companies that stand behind their products! Rating: 1 / 5

This was without doubt the best PDA ever. (Not including the new HP 211, which is the same because you have 128 MB of RAM) is ist.Es rapidly, it can playback DVD-quality movies from an SD card, run Skype and surfing the Internet without problems. It allows me to download Internet data. I have several databases that I mentioned in the travel and business and the PDA, I can have my office around me. And allows the use of an SD card up to 4GB, but will not accept, so that SDHD cards are limited to 4 GB of additional memory. It allows me to use MS Office (especially contacts and calendar) on the road. This is a navigation display provides a powerful track, including databases of aviation (all records, the U.S. approach). This device is very capable and the only problem I have with the 4700, the HP repair service. Rarely do a good job and that is a wonderful product, but if you need care, you have a dispute. Beware of HP. They pay tribute to any guarantee. Assertion that a damaged motherboard is not covered under warranty (within the seals were intact … Like a damaged motherboard can not be covered?) I had a Dell Axim that sell on eBay for 4700 also. The Axim was well done and makes it easy to work. 4700 was too cumbersome to use too often. The Wi-Fi software Moody, do not always have the PDF files are not displayed (without converters, such as the Axim), the battery will discharge itself back up in a few days with the device and memory of some applications. I’ve had more than a year, and now it will not boot. . . just outside the warranty period. It only comes with a white screen. I tried everything, including updating firmware with the bootloader. HP tech support did not help. After paying over $ 600 for this reason that I have not used much, now I need a few hundred dollars to spend on repairs. It has a big screen though!?
