Listen, I love Logitech products. . . I have dozens of them! I am a loyal customer. But is that the swelling of hardware and (in its cynical worst) an excuse to do a lot of money. The other guests say it works better than the Nyko Blu-infrared remote control, I’m sure it works. But apart from a few nervous OCCASIONAL D-pad navigation on the XMB, I have the Nyko USB receiver with my perfect harmony for the last year. And the “valuable” front USB ports? Do not you already have a mini USB hub for Rock Band instruments at all? (I know, the new PS3 only 2 in the front, which sucks, but get a bowl of $ 5 and bring to the question!).
